Is Adolf Hitler in HELL right now or is he waiting for the final judgment? what level of HELL would he be in if he were in HELL?

He was an atheist, but even if he wasn’t, he wasn’t a TRUE Christian.
There is no hell – but if there were and I could send him there, send him to the worst hell. I’d give him anonymity and send him to be with the christians.
Judaism actually does not have a concept of hell. So for one large group of his victims, they cannot really take solace in the belief he will “suffer for eternity” (although when you think about it, that is not something nice to have solace in).
Also the whole “levels” of hell were conceived by Dante in a work of fiction, they were adopted by a number of priests during the old “fire and brimstone” days to really instill fear in their congregations.
Well, chances are Hitler is in heaven. He was devoutly religious. Unless he committed the one unforgivable sin, then all other sins were forgiven and he earned his place in heaven. Nice little loop-hole, huh?

How can the living know where the dead are? Even if we assume about hitler’s fate, it’s just that – Assumptions. I’m sorry but this question will not have a true answer.
By your religion’s rules and if you assume that heaven and hell are real (no evidence of that), he can be in heaven right now. All he had to do was to ask for forgiveness.
Also, @higgins, what a lovely “no true scotsman” fallacy you have there. He said he’d remain a catholic until his death, can you deny him? Oh, but lets turn the tables around… Lets assume he had at any point declared himself as an atheist (he didn’t), couldn’t i say the same thing… “oh but he wasn’t a TRUE atheist”?
He was a good catholic and the Pope absolved his sins so he is in heaven waiting for you.
